NDB President Participates in St. Petersburg International Economic Forum

On 24-25 May 2018, the delegation of the New Development Bank headed by Mr. K. V. Kamath, the NDB President took part in St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
During the Forum, the delegation had an eventful agenda that included meetings with high-level officials, heads of Russia’s regions and business leaders, as well as participation in panel sessions.
On 24 May 2018, Mr. K. V. Kamath took part in a meeting of the Russian President Mr. Vladimir Putin with Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) Advisory Board and representatives of the international investment community.

The NDB President spoke at panel sessions “New Areas of BRICS Trade, Economic and Investment Cooperation within BRICS under South Africa’s Chairmanship” and “Banking and Finance in the Emerging Markets: Version 2.0.” on 24-25 May 2018.
St. Petersburg International Economic Forum is an annual international conference dedicated to economic and business issues. Over the last decade, SPIEF has become a leading international platform for the discussion of key economic issues facing Russia, emerging markets, and the world as a whole.
